In The City
We are in New York City on vacation visiting family. Over the next week we will be traveling also to Western New York, and Canada. One of those whirlwind kind of trips stopping off here and there hugging all the family we can along the way. I had forgotten how loud the city is, I don't think I slept a wink last night. Here are some snapshots from our week hanging out with horses. We had gorgeous sunny weather with big puffy clouds, my favorite! What are your Holiday plans?

ReplyDeleteI hope you and your family will enjoy their vacation. Since most of our immediate family is going through seasons of illness (me included), Thanksgiving this year will be pretty quiet and restful. I plan to make a special dinner for my husband and a few sweet goodies. :)

p.s. We're going to my in-laws for dinner, after which we're putting on a Thanksgiving pageant for the folks. I've spent the last week making aprons, caps, and ruffs! :)
What beautiful photos Heather, I especially love the last one of Anna sharing a kind word with the horse:). I don't doubt sleep is avoiding you, what a difference NYC must be to your peaceful paradise home! It's so wonderful to share adventures with the family and I just know you'll have the best time then be happy to arrive home once more! xoxo

DeletePlans? What plans? We live day by day here on this island Heather! I'll have to get back to you on that one AFTER it happened (starting with SinterKlaas on the 6th of Decembre, then Christmas followed by Boxing Day!).
